Over the course of the last few weeks, as I assembled these recipes I couldn’t help but reflect on the joys of Motherhood.  Being ‘Mom’ is my single greatest accomplishment and source of pride.  I have my mom to thank for showing me the ropes.  Here’s one of my favorite Moms and Daughters pictures taken in 2008, two years before mom’s passing.  While she’s no longer here with us physically, she is ever present in our lives. xoxo
