I could eat a cup of soup everyday. So many scrumptuous varieties – from the thick and hearty soups that eat like a stew, to the delicate brothy soups that refresh your taste buds. They’re all wonderful in my book!

In honor of National Homemade Soup Day I’ve gathered all my favorite soups in one very happy place. It was actually quite therapeutic, like a walk down memory lane pulling these all together. Soup truly is good for your soul.
