Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower Grilled Cheese
Kate’s Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower Grilled Cheese. Day #27 of National Grilled Cheese Month. We’re building quite a collection of delectable and occasionally over the top sandwiches. I enlisted the help of four of my favorite ladies (my nieces Maya, Kate & Jen and my kid Shelby). Their mission was to come up with their own signature Grilled Cheese. Here’s how Kate’s came to be.

Three Cheese Mac ‘n’ Cheese {Grilled Cheese Sandwich}
It was quickly becoming evident that my attempt to share a different grilled cheese recipe each day in April (National Grilled Cheese Month) was going to fall short by about 5 days. What’s a girl to do?

California Grilled Cheese Sandwich
I woke up this morning and put on my workout clothes. I did it before I could talk myself out of it. I figured that gave me at least a 50% greater chance of it actually happening. Low and behold I have a workout under my belt. No way, no how was I going to offset that kind of progress with a unhealthy lunch choice so I made a California Grilled Cheese Sandwich.

Lobster Topped Poached Egg on Savory French Toast
I’ve been kicking around the idea of Savory French Toast for some thyme now. It’s the herbs. They are insistent that they’ll elevate every meal of the day. And they are always right. Our savory French toast became the perfect platform for our decadent and extra special brunch this morning. Lobster Topped Poached Egg on Savory French Toast. Spiritual.

Oven Baked Lobster Tails
Oven Baked Lobster Tails. Lobster. What a treat. Growing up in New England I looked forward to our annual Lobster & Clam Bake each summer. Steamed lobsters, little neck clams, corn on the cob, new potatoes and lots and lots of melted butter. We’d cover the picnic table in newspaper before pouring out a layer of steamed seafood love. Everyone up to their elbows in the sweet juices.

Roasted Lobster & Corn Cake Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Exhale. Not sure how to spell that sound so do it with me…in through the nose out through the mouth. We’ve made it half way through April aka National Grilled Cheese Month and have proudly shared a unique grilled cheese sandwich each day on our Facebook page. The feedback has ranged from “Speechless” to “Girl. Giiiiiiirl. Yowza!!” to “I’m dreaming of Lobster Corn Chowder reconstructed into a grilled cheese.” That was too good to ignore. Thank you for the inspiration Sarah Mitchell. Here is my version of your request. Roasted Lobster & Corn Cake Grilled Cheese Sandwich.

Monterey Chicken
I remember sitting outside at a patio table, sipping on a margarita, and soaking in the first glimpse of summer. It was twenty years ago and the name of the restaurant escapes me now but the Monterey Chicken does not.

Tuna Melt Grilled Cheese Sliders
Sometimes a recipe comes to me based on one single ingredient. In this case it was a gorgeous Kimmelweck roll in the case at the bakery. I couldn’t wait to get home and make tuna melts for lunch. I promptly proceeded to burn the bun. With all other ingredients gathered I turned to my freezer to find the tail end of a pack of Party Rye. And that is how the Tuna Melt Grilled Cheese Slider was born.
