This Lemon Herb Vinaigrette is bright and lively. It’s perfect on Greek Salad or simply drizzled over baby greens.
Simply combine the ingredients in a glass jar with lid and give it a good shake. Ready to move on to the salad.
Lemon Herb Vinaigrette
- 8 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons fresh parsley and oregano finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- salt & pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with lid and shake vigorously. Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
