This Chimichurri Sauce is bursting with fresh flavor. It added just the right pizzazz to our Shredded Pork Tacos. We chose fresh parsley and cilantro which we combined with garlic, onion, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper & olive oil and gave it all a whirl in the food processor.

Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves
- ½ cup diced onion
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbl. fresh lemon juice
- ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- ¼ tsp. salt
- up to ¼ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Place garlic and onion in food processor bowl and pulse to chop fine. Add all remaining ingredients except olive oil. With processor running drizzle olive oil through feed hole in top until desired consistency is reached. Adjust seasoning to taste.
