After a weekend of media overload about an unimaginable tragedy, a little less was much more. I love the holidays. The BEST food shows up on the break room table. At my office, the break room table is the ‘water-cooler.’ It’s where the ‘good’ stuff is shared…often in the form of food or thoughtful words, sometimes even confessions, but lately it’s been a lot about what we’re going to give up on January 1st. While writing a post recently on Bang Bang Shrimp {Bonefish Grill Inspired} I polled my family on which restaurant dishes kept them coming back for more. P.F. Chang’s Chicken & Cashew Lettuce Wraps got a mention, as did Chili’s Southwest Eggrolls. But when I mentioned Cheddar Biscuits from Red Lobster, the response was….Mmmmm yes!! So on that night I made them for dinner to go with our homemade turkey soup. Today they are a breakfast invitation for a Sundays with Shelby outing.
