    Traditional Alfredo Sauce.  This luxurious sauce is most classically referred to in conjunction with Fettuccini Alfredo. We’ve incorporated it in our Seafood Lasagna {with Jalapeno Sauce}.  In that case we simply added finely diced jalapeno to the butter and sautéed for a few minutes before adding cream.  It’s delicious.

Fresh Basil Pesto might as well be classified as butter.  Because when you spoon it onto a piping hot potato, it melts into amazing.  Now add fresh diced tomato and shredded mozzarella.  This might just be as good to me as say Pizza Margherita with a Perfectly Baked Potato crust.
