Savory Caprese Scones Of Love
Savory Caprese Scones scream “Share the Love.” One of my most favorite expressions and actions. See the missing bite out of that Savory Caprese Scone above? It was that precise moment when I knew. I must share this recipe.

Tipico Power Bowl {with Grilled Chicken}
This might be my most favorite salad EVER. I’m sometimes reminded not to make statements that can’t stand the test of thyme. If you deliver me a Tipico Power Bowl {with Grilled Chicken} 5 days a week, I’m certain I will sing your praises.

Banana Upside Down Cake
It all began with an overripe bunch of bananas. I bought them with the best smoothie intentions. Before bed last night I declared Banana Cake is going to happen. Thanks to Pinterest and Sprinkle Some Sugar this holy amazingness happened. On Easter Sunday. Banana Upside Down Cake is a recipe you’ll want to remember.

Black Bean Puree That You’ll Love
Yesterday I described a fantastic salad with Black Bean Puree that I enjoyed recently. I’m recreating my favorite components, including Pico de Gallo and this amazing savory black bean dip.

Pico de Gallo {Put The Lime In The Coconut}
I had a salad this week that stopped me in my eating tracks. There was a lot going on with said salad. Which made my mind drift from the company at the table. No disrespect, but whoa what a salad.

Italian Sausage & Polenta Lasagna
The pictures don’t do this recipe justice, but I am here to tell you that Italian Sausage & Polenta Lasagna is pure comfort. Surprisingly, that comfort is delivered without a guilt trip. That’s right, this recipe came straight out of the new Weight Watchers cook book AND it’s made in the slow cooker. Badda bing. Badda boom.

Our Favorite Fish Sandwiches

I was the kid who begged to spend Friday night at my friend’s house because I knew there would be fish sticks or fish sandwiches for dinner. Something I adored. It’s in that spirit that on this Friday evening I share some of our favorite Friday Night Fish Sandwiches with you. Enjoy!!

Braciola {Italian Beef Rolls}
Braciole {Italian Beef Rolls} slowly simmered in spicy Arrabbiata sauce until the beef is fork tender. The filling, comprised of parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, Italian bread crumbs, garlic, toasted pine nuts, and hard-boiled egg, is my loose interpretation of this classic Italian dish.

Thai Basil Egg White Omelet Bowl
Most days, whether at home or the office I’ll have an Egg White Omelet Bowl for breakfast. A bed of spinach (getting my calcium anywhere I can), a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of fresh herbs and scallions, and an egg white omelet packed with herbs. Today, my herb of choice was Thai Basil which is thriving in our Aero Garden presently. This Thai Basil Egg White Omelet Bowl fits in so nicely with my Healthy Choices plan.

Creamy Dreamy Chocolate Mint Fudge
Just a quick relatively wordless Wednesday post. Creamy Dreamy Mint Chocolate Fudge. Three ingredients. Easy. Melt in your mouth. This is the first fudge recipe I learned to make back when I was in high school. It has never failed me.
