    Bruschetta Panzanella Salad

    April 26, 2021 / No Comments

    This Bruschetta Panzanella Salad was born out of leftover garlic bread and bruschetta! Exactly the way classic Panzanella (Italian stale bread salad) is intended to come together. Happy Monday! Monday. The day I peer into my fridge and decide which leftovers from the weekend can be given a new outlook on life. Kind of the way I give myself a new outlook on life. Mondays are my chance to reset. To start the week off right and forgive myself for veering off course by getting back to good intentions.

    Satisfying Steak & Potato Dinner Salad {with Chimichurri Sauce}

    April 25, 2021 / 2 Comments

    Steak & Potato Dinner Salad with Chimichurri Sauce here we come!! When we unofficially declared April as Salad Month, I’m not sure my husband was 100% on board. Don’t get me wrong he loves salad and makes amazing salads with great ingredients (one of the many reasons I love him). He also loves a steak and potatoes. This salad is a tribute to him. The salad loving, steak worshiping man of my dreams.

    Chopped Mediterranean Salad with Lemon Herb Vinaigrette

    April 23, 2021 / 1 Comment

    I love this Mediterranean Chopped Salad because you can make a giant bowl and eat on it for days! Or in our case you can make it two days in a row because it’s that good!! We’re definitely on a salad kick right now and I’m loving it. And my body is pretty stoked too!

    Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso {Starbucks Copycat}

    April 22, 2021 / 8 Comments

    Me: Oooo new iced coffee flavors. I think I’ll have an Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso please. Startbuck’s drive thru speaker: “There’s a nationwide shortage of oat milk… ….and brown sugar.” Me: What on earth?? Could this be true and if so, why?!! So I ordered the Iced Chocolate Almond Milk Shaken Espresso instead. It was good, but no where near as tasty as the Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso.

    Asian Marinade

    April 20, 2021 / 1 Comment

    This Asian Marinade is so versatile. Yes it’s great for all cuts of chicken, but it’s also perfect with pork, shrimp and fish. Description: Sesame, Ginger, and Soy are the star ingredients in our Asian Marinade. Rice Vinegar and Chili Crisp Oil bring the acid and heat, while garlic is the key aromatic. This marinade is generally mellow, yet smells and taste like your favorite Asian dishes.

    Middle Eastern Mezze Platter

    A mezze platter is made up of several small dishes usually eaten as an appetizer or light meal. A mezze (or meze) is a popular style of eating in the Mediterranean and Middle East. Similar to Spanish tapas, each dish is meant to be shared and the various flavors compliment each other.

About Libby

Hi, I'm Libby and welcome to Lemony Thyme. I hope you'll enjoy this collection of recipes, eating experiences, and food photography. My cooking abilities rose to a new level when I started incorporating fresh herbs. I began to understand the term ‘layers of flavor’ and found myself deconstructing dishes with my tongue to identify each ingredient.
