Red Wine Vinaigrette Recipe
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbl. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 shallot, minced
- kosher salt & freshly cracked pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Whisk together all ingredients, except the olive oil. Whisking constantly, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Continue whisking until the dressing thickens slightly.
- Store unused portion in the refridgerator for up to a week.
