Southwest Sauce
This sauce is wonderful drizzled over sweet corn cakes, fish tacos, and even salad!

Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. water
- ¾ tsp. granulated sugar
- ½ tsp. chili powder
- ¼ tsp. paprika
- ⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper
- ⅛ tsp. onion powder
- dash salt
- dash garlic powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and refrigerate.
- Store in a squeeze bottle for easy saucing.

Hi Ashley,
I normally keep a mayonnaise based sauce a couple weeks before discarding. This is a fairly small amount of sauce – so hopefully you’ll use it all up.

Is this the same sauce that Subway uses? I love that sauce, I put it on every sandwich I buy. Reason I ask is because nowhere does it mention that this is the same.
