Ham Bone Soup {Warm & Tasty}
This wonderful soup, that we’ve been eating for the past two days, could be made with almost any ingredients….so long as there’s a Ham Bone in the soup pot. And no matter how skilled you are at carving a ham, there is always extra meat still on the bone.

Herbed Scalloped Potatoes {Savory & Sweet}
My most favorite bite of Scalloped Potatoes is the edge…same goes for meatloaf, brownies, cornbread, Oooo and prime rib (hint, hint…I love prime rib). So for this recipe, in an effort to get all the edges we can, we’re going to make these in a muffin tin instead of a casserole dish. If you like the cheesy soft center best, butter up a 2 Qt. casserole and get happy…this recipe can be made either way by simply adjusting the cooking time.

Why was that not my NPD (National Potato Day) Post? Because I think we might have a recipe that can compete with those amazing chips…Sliced Twice Baked Potatoes!

For the hash ~ I lightly browned in butter red & white onion, cubed butternut squash and baby potatoes. Then I added 1/2″ water, covered them and simmered on low until they were just tender and the water had evaporated. I added a little more butter with fresh…
