Martini Mondays.
I like the way that sounds. Especially when I’m enjoying a mini staycation.
I’ve been wanting to make this Nuts & Berries Martini since Christmastime when Santa first told me about it.

I listed nuts & berries as my favorite snack on my Christmas Wish List and Santa brought me just that. But then whispered in my ear…. you know there’s a Nuts & Berries Martini don’t you, giving a little wink.
Frangelico happens to be one I my favorite liqueurs. It’s hazelnut and herb flavor is very smooth. It’s delicious sipped warmed or added to coffee. Chambord on the other hand is a bit sweet for me, but it’s raspberry flavor is perfect in this cocktail.

Equal parts of Frangelico & Chambord are shaken on ice, then served in a chilled martini glass. Fresh raspberries to garnish.

And the best sip awaits.
Tipsy nuts & berries raspberries would be delicious spooned over vanilla bean ice cream or a slice of Lemony Thyme Pound Cake. For that matter a Nuts & Berries Martini drizzled over angel food cake then layered into a Holiday Trifle would be incredible. In my humble opinion.
