Rum Runner Cocktail

~ Rum Runner Cocktail ~

1 ounce Pineapple Juice
1 ounce Orange Juice
1 ounce Banana Liqueur
1 ounce Blackberry Liqueur
2 ounces Rum
splash Grenadine 

Fill tall glass with ice.
Layer in Blackberry Liqueur, Grenadine, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Banana Liqueur, and Rum.  Swizzle.  Garnish with pineapple and lime.

I was looking for a cocktail to enjoy on New Year’s Eve.  I think the Rum Runner was the perfect choice.  Happy New Year from our family to yours.
