    This Bruschetta Panzanella Salad was born out of leftover garlic bread and bruschetta! Exactly the way classic Panzanella (Italian stale bread salad) is intended to come together. Happy Monday!     One by one I’m recreating classic salad recipes to share on Lemony Thyme.  It’s been quite fun bringing life to favorites like the Lunch Counter Chef Salad, the Classic Cobb Salad and now this delicious Waldorf Salad {with Honey-Cardamom Dressing}. The Waldorf Salad is lovely served for luncheons, showers, and other special celebrations; such as a retirement party at the office for one very special lady.  Yes, you could serve this salad for just such an occasion.
