asparagus

Tbl. olive oil

eggs

Tbl. shaved Parmesan cheese
chives
snipped
lemon zest
salt & pepper
Instructions
Remove though ends of asparagus. Then steam asparagus until just tender, about 5-7 minutes, depending on size.
Fry eggs in olive oil to your desired liking.
Serve fried eggs over steamed asparagus. Sprinkle with shaved Parmesan cheese, snipped chives, a bit of lemon zest, salt & pepper.
