salmon fillets

Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning
sea salt & freshly cracked pepper

shallot
sliced

ear corn
kernels removed

cup
cherry tomatoes

cup
snow pea pods
1/4
cup
frozen peas
2-3
garlic cloves

Tbl. olive oil
1
sprig lemony thyme
rosemary, or oregano
sea salt & freshly cracked pepper

orzo
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Sprinkle salmon fillets with Mrs. Dash, salt & pepper and place on a foil lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Gently toss vegetables with garlic, olive oil, herbs, salt & pepper and add to the baking sheet.
Baked for 17 - 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare orzo according to package instructions. Season with a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper.
To serve, top cooked orzo with salmon fillet and roasted vegetables.
