Ingredients

Tbl. honey ginger white balsamic vinegar
1/3
cup
good quality olive oil
1
small shallot
minced
1
handful of fresh cilantro
chopped
pinch
sea salt & freshly cracked pepper
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together. Store in a sealed jar in refrigerator for up to 5 days. Yield 1/2 cup of dressing.
