Honey Ginger Vinaigrette {with Shallot & Cilantro}

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbl. honey ginger white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup good quality olive oil
  • 1 small shallot minced
  • 1 handful of fresh cilantro chopped
  • pinch sea salt & freshly cracked pepper

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all ingredients together. Store in a sealed jar in refrigerator for up to 5 days. Yield 1/2 cup of dressing.
