1 28-ouncecan diced tomatoes with juicepreferably no salt added
1onionlarge diced
2-3jalapenosseeds removed, diced
2-3garlic cloves
1handful fresh cilantro small stems and leavesabout 2 cups
1tsp.lime juice or to taste
1tsp.cumin or to taste
1tsp.salt or to taste
1/2tsp.black pepper or to taste
pinchcayenne pepperoptional
Instructions
Place all ingredients into your blender or Vitamix container. Pulse until desired consistency is reached. Adjust seasonings to taste. Chill before serving.
