Hi Affie, you can make your own pumpkin pie spice. For this recipe I would combine 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. ground ginger, 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg, 1/8 tsp. ground allspice, 1/8 tsp. ground cloves. Thank you for stopping by and enjoy the torte.
