I threw a little cayenne on and i used some dried time that i had, and a little rosemary as well, it turned out just beautifully. Looks gourmet but only takes a minute to throw together. I might throw a little white wine in the dish next time at some point. That would just be decadent. I also used a glass pyrex dish instead of the dutch oven (as i don’t have one currently) and it worked wonderfully. Love you’re site!
