In reply to Lisa Farlow. Hi Lisa. For the cauliflower rice I chop it fine in the food processor (slightly larger than rice sized). Then I either pan fry it in a non-stick skillet for 4-5 minutes or microwave it it in a microwavable dish, covered with plastic wrap and for 2-3 minutes. Season as you would rice. Enjoy.
