I made these for dinner last night and they were a hit. My son who does not care much for seafood REALLY liked them. Only thing I would do differently is double the recipe next time as 12 meatballs wasn’t quite enough for 2 adults and 2 tweens.

Libby, I stumbled on this recipe searching for “Salmon Swedish Meatballs” which were recently served by a caterer at a party. How fortunate am I that this recipe came up in the search. These Asian Salmon Meatballs are out of this world. The only change I made to the recipe is omitting cilantro. I am one of those people that thinks cilantro tastes like soap. I cannot wait to make this again and I am really looking forward to trying your other recipes. You are a ingredients chemist!!
