Ingredients
  

For the Coleslaw

  • 1 cup shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup julienned red pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced mango
  • 1 small jalapeno, diced

For the Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 dashes hot sauce
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all coleslaw ingredients in a bowl. Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl then pour desired amount over coleslaw.
