For the Rub
- 2 pounds chicken wings flats & drummettes separated
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
For the Sauce
- 4 ounces butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic minced
- 2 ounces parmesan cheese finely grated
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves chopped
For the Rub
Preheat oven to 400° F. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil. Place a rack onto pan.
Combine the garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a zipper top bag. Add wings and shake to coat. Place wings on rack of prepared pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
