Lemon Herb Vinaigrette

This dressing is light and lively. It pairs perfectly with a Greek Salad or simply drizzled over baby greens.

  • 8 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh parsley and oregano finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • salt & pepper to taste


  • Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with lid and shake vigorously. Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
