2boneless skinless chicken breastspounded to about 1" thickness and cut in half (you'll end up with 4 approx. 5-ounce pieces)
1/2cupfat free Greek yogurt
1Tbl. dried sage
1Tbl. dried rosemary
1tsp.Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasoning
1/2tsp.cayenne pepper
1/2cupwhole wheat panko bread crumbs
2Tbl. flour
1/2tsp.salt
1/2tsp.black pepper
1/2tsp.paprika
1/4tsp.cayenne pepperoptional
For the sauce...
2Tbl. Sriracha hot sauce
2Tbl. honey
Instructions
For the chicken...
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap. Pound to an even thickness, about 1-inch. Cut each breast in half, yielding 4 pieces that are about 5 ounces each.
In a small bowl combine yogurt, dried herbs, Mrs. Dash, and cayenne pepper. In a separate shallow dish combine panko, flour, salt, paprika and cayenne pepper.
Fully coat each piece of chicken with the yogurt mixture than press each side into the panko crumbs; place on parchment lined sheet and bake for about 20 minutes until cooked through.
For the sauce...
While the chicken is baking combine the srirarcha and honey in a small bowl.
