Chimichurri Sauce

This Chimichurri Sauce is bursting with fresh flavor.  It adds just the right pizzazz to grilled meats or roasted veggies.

  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup diced onion optional
  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup fresh oregano
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar (or fresh lemon juice)
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • up to 1/4 cup olive oil


  • Place all ingredients except olive oil in bowl of your food processor and chop. With processor running drizzle olive oil through feed hole in top until desired consistency is reached. Adjust seasoning to taste.
