Beat butter, brown sugar and vanilla until combined. Add in flour until just combined, then stir in mini-chocolate chips.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Place on parchment lined shallow baking sheet. Freeze for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl. Stirring every 20 - 30 seconds until melted.
Remove dough from freezer. Using toothpick, dip each in melted chocolate and place back on parchment lined baking sheet. Once all are dipped, return to refrigerator for 5 minutes to set chocolate.
