sliced 1/8-inch think, then diced

chopped dill pickles

mayonnaise

Cuban bread or baguette for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, combine all dip ingredients. Transfer to a 2 quart casserole.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until golden on top and bubbly.
Serve with sliced Cuban bread or baguette.
