Ingredients
For the marinade...
3
Tbl. soy sauce
3
Tbl. sesame oil
3
Tbl. brown sugar
3
Tbl. apple cider vinegar
3
Tbl. ketchup
3
garlic cloves
minced
1
Tbl. freshly grated ginger
1
Tbl. sriracha sauce or more to taste

lb.
pork tenderloin

mayonnaise

jar favorite kimchi
fresh cilantro
Instructions
Combine marinade ingredients in a large zip top bag. Add pork tenderloin and allow to marinade for 4-6 hours in refrigerator. Slice pork into strips and sauté in skillet or wok with a little remaining marinade until cooked through; 15-18 minutes.
To serve, slice slider buns and spread mayonnaise on each side. Pile on pork slices, kimchi, and fresh cilantro. Prepare to be amazed.
