Blueberry Mojito

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 lime cut into wedges
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 ounces light rum
  • 2 ounces club soda
  • ice


  • Reserve 3-4 blueberries for garnish. Place remaining blueberries in tall glass or shaker with 2-3 lime wedges, juice of remaining wedges, sugar and fresh mint. Use a muddler or end of a wooden spoon and muddle until well smashed.
  • Add ice and rum to shaker and shake. Pour into a tall glass and top with club soda.
