Crispy Greek Chicken Wings {with Lemon, Garlic and Feta}

These Crispy Greek Chicken Wings {with Lemon, Garlic & Feta} are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and bursting with bright flavors. Make them for your next family gathering or keep them all to yourself! Either way they are sure to bring happiness your way.
Combine all marinade ingredients. Place chicken wings in a bowl. Pour half of marinade over chicken and toss to coat well. Cover bowl and place in refrigerator for 2-12 hours. Reserve remaining marinade to use as dressing when serving.
Prepare Chicken
Preheat oven to 400° F. Line two large baking sheets with aluminum foil and place rack in each. Arrange marinated chicken wings on racks. Bake until deep golden and crispy, about an hour, rotating pans from top to bottom rack once or twice during cooking.
To Serve
Arrange cooked chicken wings on a platter. Generously drizzle with reserved marinade, chopped fresh parsley and crumbled feta cheese. Enjoy!
