anchovy paste
or 2 anchovy fillets

Tbl. Dijon mustard

Tbl. mayonnaise

olive oil
kosher salt & pepper
Instructions
Combine garlic, mustard, mayonnaise, and anchovy paste in a blender or small food processor and mix thoroughly. In a slow stream add olive oil through the hole in lid. Scrape down sides of bowl. Season with salt, pepper to taste.
Refrigerate unused portion for up to 7 days.
