Ingredients

crushed vanilla wafers
about 75 wafers

ground pecans

confectioners' sugar

Tbl. baking cocoa
1/4
cup
rum

Tbl. honey
2
Tbl. water
2
white chocolate baking squares
2-ounces, very finely chopped
additional confectioners sugar
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine water crumbs, pecans, confectioners' sugar and cocoa. Combine the rum, honey and water; stir into crumb mixture.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in white chocolate or confectioners' sugar. Store in an air tight container.
Yield 3 1/2 dozen.
