For most of us, when we hear ‘dip’ we think savory….me included.  However dipping crisp sliced apples in creamy sweet toffee dip will open your mind and tickle your taste buds.

Apple Brickle Dip

Apple Brickle Dip should not be reserved for the Autumn season alone.  Oh no, this bowl of yum is a great dip any time of year.

Ingredients

• 1 8- ounce block cream cheese softened
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup white sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 cup English toffee bits
• apple slices for dipping

Instructions

• Mix brickle ingredients. Chill for 2 hours. Serve with sliced apples.
