The recipe is just right for the salmon I was planning for dinner tonight, but since it’s July, I’ll skip the frozen peas and go with fresh. I’ll stick with some fresh minced garlic, too.
You should note that snow peas are not snap peas (or “sugar snap peas” as some call them). Two very different vegetables.
