I was that lucky taste tester and I’m here to say that this recipe is amazing!! I’m not a huge fan of cauliflower, but I’ve already committed to making this for my family I loved it so much! The family of flavors was unbelievable!! Thanks for sharing the love Lemony Thyme!!

Mrs. Rotten and I really enjoy cruciferous vegetables. I often say she should have carried a bouquet of broccoli rabe down the aisle lol. I have never heard of making a “steak” out of a veggie and this looks fantastic. We’re sure to try it shortly. Very unique. Love your ideas! XO
