The longer the better as far as how long to cook it.  So depending on how long you have will determine high or low.  Just like with the pressure cooker, if possible start it on high to get everything simmering, then turn down to low.  If you want to let it go overnight or all day, low is fine.  Let me know what you do and how it works out.]]></description>
