Thank you, thank you, thank you. I have about 6 or so boxes of herbs left over from Thanksgiving, and I had asked my husband, what are we going to do with all those herbs?

In reply to Pat. Love the idea of freezing garlic!! Do you mince it and put it in ice cube trays to freeze? I had another reader tell me about drying scallions and then also saw about freezing scallions in a plastic water bottle. The internet is such a great way to share tips and tricks. Love the idea of preserving the summer bounty of herbs this way. I also get fresh garlic in the fall and preserve it in trays with olive oil.
