I had to immediately make these and then I sat there at lunch, scooping my grandmother’s recipe for pimento cheese on them and smacking my lips. I now confess that I didn’t tell my husband that I had them for lunch, and divided what was left, along with the leftover pimento cheese amongst the two of us for our work lunches the next day. I didn’t even feel guilty about having an extra helping of these crackers. I may never buy another box of bought crackers! I’m loving your combos, which means I need to make some more lickety-split!
