Cheddar Buttermilk Biscuits {Red Lobster Inspired}

These biscuits are crispy and buttery on the outside and cheesy good on the inside.

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • ¾ cup buttermilk
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 Tbl. butter, melted
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder or Mrs Dash garlic herb seasoning
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Combine Bisquick, buttermilk, and cheese. Dough will be thick. Spoon onto an ungreased baking sheet, making 8 biscuits.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown on top. Remove from oven.
  4. Combine melted butter and garlic powder and brush biscuit tops with melted butter.
  5. Serve immediately.
