Ingredients
  • 1 (2-1/4 pound) beef chuck roast
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • 2 Tbl. sesame oil
  • 1 Tbl. Mirin
  • 1 tsp. grated ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • white rice or lettuce wraps for serving, optional
  • thinly sliced scallion, carrots and cabbage for garnish
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
