Homemade Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbl. confectioners sugar
  1. If you have time to pop your bowl and beaters in the freezer for a few minutes before beginning it will speed up the process.
  2. Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Beat on low for 10 seconds then increase to high until mixture becomes thick. Continue another 15-30 seconds, until you have stiff peaks.
