Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbl. anchovy paste
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup fresh 'soft' herb leaves (such as basil, parsley, tarragon)
  • 1 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbl. lemon juice
  • salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blend and puree. Chill before serving. Store in refrigerator for up to one week. Yield = 1½ cups
