Chimichurri Sauce

Serves: 6-8
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbl. fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • up to ¼ cup olive oil
  1. Place garlic and onion in food processor bowl and pulse to chop fine. Add all remaining ingredients except olive oil. With processor running drizzle olive oil through feed hole in top until desired consistency is reached. Adjust seasoning to taste.
