Honey Ginger Vinaigrette {with Shallot & Cilantro}
  • 3 Tbl. honey ginger white balsamic vinegar
  • ⅓ cup good quality olive oil
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • 1 handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • pinch sea salt & freshly cracked pepper
  1. Whisk all ingredients together. Store in a sealed jar in refrigerator for up to 5 days. Yield ½ cup of dressing.
