Blueberry Basil Lemonade

  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup fresh torn basil leaves (I used our lemon basil)
  • 6 Tbl. granulated sugar
  • 4 cups water
  1. Pour lemon juice into a pitcher. Add blueberries, basil, and sugar to the pitcher and muddle. Add water and allow to stand for 30 minutes. Pour through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl; discard the solids. Return mixture to the pitcher. Serve chilled over ice.
