In reply to Canadianbudgetbinder. Thanks so much Mr.CBB. A lime tree...WOW. Now that would come in handy. I was going for a lighter dressing to keep this recipe 'friendly' on the waste line. It's got plenty of flavor and the cumin and lime really play nice together. Hope you enjoy it. Libby

Thanks for sharing this on my Facebook page today. I just had to come and read the recipe and I’m glad I did. This has my name written all over it and I love the dressing. We use so many limes in our house we went and bought a lime tree. (Well the wife wanted it) I know we might not get fruits for a while but we’ve bought our stock, let’s just hope she can hang on to it. Cheers! Mr.CBB
