Roasting the bird in milk sounds delicious! But I am wondering if it would affect the broth later. Did you make broth from these chicken bones? Did it turn out alright?

I love growing herbs and cooking with them. My favorite Thanksgiving turkey came from Bobby Flay with butter and chopped herbs spread all over it and under the skin….soooo wonderful! Chicken in Milk and your chicken and dumplings are a must try!
